If you are dissatisfied with an item for another reason, you can return within 14 days for a full refund minus original shipping charges- please read below for conditions to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit in return to us.
In order to receive a full or partial refund (minus shipping charges), the item must be new, unopened and accompanied by all original packaging material, sales receipt or invoice, etc. All items must be unused. You may not receive a full refund if the item is not returned to us in the condition you received it in.
